Kathmandu: Nepal is playing its second match against Sri Lanka today under the SAAF Championship 2021 in Maldives.
The match at the National Football Stadium in Male will start at 9:45 pm Nepali time.
Earlier, Nepal had made a winning start by defeating Maldives 1-0 in the first match.
Sri Lanka, on the other hand, lost 1-0 to Bangladesh in the opening match. Therefore, they are playing against Nepal to get a positive result.
Nepal last played against Sri Lanka in the 2016 Bangabandhu Cup in Bangladesh. Bimal Gharti Magar’s goal helped Nepal beat Sri Lanka 1-0.
Today, India is playing its first game. The match between India and Bangladesh will start at 4:45 pm.
