Nepal signs agreement with Switzerland for direct flight operation

Kathmandu: Nepal and the European country Switzerland are going to be connected by air.

An agreement has been reached between the civil aviation authority of Nepal and Switzerland to advance the process of bilateral air agreement and before that the airline company can fly if it wants to.

According to the Authority, Swiss International Airlines wants to fly to Nepal through ‘code share’ agreement with Singapore Air and India’s Vistara Air.

In this case, Switzerland and Kathmandu will be directly connected to the air network.

Preparations are being made to sign the air service agreement during a meeting of the International Civil Aviation Organization to be held in Nigeria in December.
