Kathmandu: Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) has decided to hire engineers on contract who are on the waiting list after passing the Public Service Commission exam.
According to the metropolis, as an engineer should be hired for the infrastructure work, priority was given to those who had passed the public service exam last year.
In a statement issued on Tuesday, the metropolis asked the candidates who passed the PSC exam last year and were on the waiting list to apply for the job.
The metropolis has asked civil engineers, architect engineers, electrical engineers and structural engineers to submit applications with documents within seven days.
