Domestic planes take test flight at Pokhara airport, NAC to provide ground handling service

Kathmandu: After the Thai airline company successfully conducted test flight at newly constructed Pokhara International Airport (PIA), two domestic airline company has also conducted test flight today.
Buddha Air and Yeti Airlines have successfully conducted their test flight to PIA from Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA).
Amid this, the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN) has handed over the responsibility of ground handling at PIA to the Nepal Airlines Corporation (NAC).

Nepal Airlines has been doing the ground handling of Tribhuvan International Airport and Gautam Buddha International Airport as well.

The authority has said that this decision will help the national flag carrier to generate its revenue.
