Kathmandu: The government has decided not to join the US State Partnership Program (SPP). The cabinet meeting held on Saturday evening decided to send a letter to the United States stating that Nepal will not join the SPP. The meeting also concluded that there is a diplomatic weakness in the previous correspondence regarding the SPP.
