Kathmandu: Nepal will receive 5.11 billion rupees from the government of Finland and Norway for the enhancement of the country’s education sector.
The government has decided to accept 19 million Euros (2.54 billion) from the Finnish government.
Information and Communication Technology Minister Gyanendra Bahadur Karki informed that the cabinet meeting held on Tuesday decided to accept the aid.
In addition, he informed that they have also decided to accept a grant of 195 million Norwegian kroner (about 2.57 billion rupees) received from the Norwegian government for school education sector projects.
