Kathmandu: In the last 24 hours, 1,084,372 people have been infected with the corona virus (Covid-19) in India.
According to the Indian Ministry of Health, 1,027 infected people have died in the same period. At the same time, the total number of corona infections in India has exceeded 138.73 million and 172,085 people have died.
Of the infected people found in the last 24 hours, more than 60,000 have been confirmed in Maharashtra state alone. Similarly, more than 17,000 corona infections have been reported in Uttar Pradesh, 15,000 in Chhattisgarh and more than 13,000 in Delhi. India is the second most affected country in the world after the United States.
