Kathmandu: Today, the weather has changed across the country and it has rained in most parts of the country.
The weather forecast department has stated that it will snow in the mountainous and high hilly areas.
It has been raining with snow in Kathmandu Valley since last night. It has rained in Kathmandu Valley and snow has fallen in the hills around the valley.
According to the Weather Forecast Division, there is a possibility of partial to moderate cloud cover and snowfall till Friday.
