Kathmandu: Vote counting in Lalitpur Metropolitan City has started. According to the preliminary vote count of Lalitpur Metropolitan City, Nepali Congress has made the lead.
Chiribabu Maharjan, the mayoral candidate from the Nepali Congress, is leading with 28 votes out of 50.
Similarly, UML’s Harikrishna Byanjankar got 10 votes. In Lalitpur, there is a ruling coalition while the UML is the only party in the fray.
