Kathmandu: The counting of votes of the Kathmandu Metropolitan City is being held at the National Assembly House, Bhrikuti Mandap.
Independent mayoral candidate Balen Shah has received 287 votes so far. Keshav Sthapit, the mayoral candidate from the CPN-UML, who is following him, has got 192 votes.
From the same alliance, Nepali Congress’ Sirjana Singh got 157 votes.
