Kathmandu: Tribhuvan University has commenced online services for exam-related procedures starting today. Students can now apply for and obtain their exam certificates from the comfort of their homes. This marks the first time in the university’s 74-year history that such services are being provided online.
Shivalal Bhusal, the Acting Vice-Chancellor of Tribhuvan University, inaugurated the online services, expressing the university’s commitment to conducting all exam-related activities through online platforms. Prior to this, students had to physically visit the office to apply for and collect their certificates.
With the introduction of online services, students can now submit applications online for documents such as transcripts, provisional certificates, original certificates, re-evaluation, and certificate verification. Applicants are required to fill out the online form, attach the necessary documents, and submit the prescribed fee to Nepal Bank or Global IME Bank through the online system.
Upon submission through the 24/7 online system, students will receive timely notifications about the acceptance or rejection of their applications. The prepared certificates can be obtained from the Examination Control Office in Balkhu, Kathmandu, for local students, while those outside the valley should approach the relevant Regional Education Directorate for certificate collection.
