Kathmandu: The Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) Office has requested the public not to crowd, saying that a new variant of Corona virus (Covid-19) could spread Omicron.

Stating that the number of passengers at the airport has been increasing recently and the congestion has also increased due to those going to their farewell and reception, the airport office has called for not causing unnecessary congestion at the airport.

The office has also asked to follow the health standards with high vigilance while coming and going at the airport. Lately, other countries have been more affected by the new variant Omicron.
