Special train arranged for Nepali pilgrims attending Ayodhya’s Ram Temple Idol consecration

Kathmandu: Indian Railways has organized a special train to facilitate the travel of Nepali pilgrims attending the idol consecration ceremony at the Ram Temple in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh, India, set to take place on January 22.

Nepal Railway has informed that a 20-coach train will be dispatched by the Indian Railway Company to Janakpur, catering specifically to devotees participating in the consecration ceremony of Lord Shree Ram’s idol.

Anticipated to reach Janakpurdham this evening, the train’s itinerary aligns with the sacred event’s schedule. The fares are Rs 3,000 for AC 2 coach, Rs 2,000 for AC 3 coach, Rs 1,000 for sleeper class, and Rs 500 for general seating. These prices cover the round trip. The train is slated to return to Janakpur on the evening of January 22.
