Prime Minister Deuba requests Indonesia to invest in hydro-power and tourism sector of Nepal

Kathmandu: Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has requested the Ambassador of Indonesia to Nepal to facilitate the entry of Indonesian investment in Nepal’s hydropower, tourism and other potential sectors.

Prime Minister Deuba made this request in a meeting with Indonesian Ambassador to Nepal Heru Hartanto Subolo in Baluwatar on Tuesday.

Prime Minister Deuba has requested the Indonesian government to establish a resident embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Nepal.
PM Deuba also urged the Indonesian people to visit Lumbini, the birthplace of Gautama Buddha, the pioneer of peace.

Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia to Nepal, stated that he is positive for the establishment of a residential embassy in Nepal and said that he will convey this message of the Prime Minister of Nepal to the Indonesian government.
