PM Deuba suggests governor to resign

Kathmandu: Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has said that Governor of Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) Maha Prasad Adhikari should resign.

After the CPN-UML named M Adhikari, Khotang as a member of the Finance and Planning Department of the party, the Governor Adhikari has come into the controversy.

In the meeting of the top leaders of the ruling coalition on Friday, the leaders also raised this issue.

In that regard, Prime Minister Deuba has said that the governor should resign.
