Kathmandu: A writ petition has been registered in the Supreme Court demanding the cancellation of the post of MP of Rashtriya Swatantra Party (RASWAPA) Rabi Lamichhane.
Yuvraj Paudel has filed a petition in the Supreme Court today, Wednesday, with the election commission as an opposition to the issue of Lamichhane’s citizenship dispute.
It has been demanded in the writ to stop him from entering the House of Representatives until the case is resolved.
