Kathmandu: Transport-related taxes/revenues of Bagmati Pradesh can be paid electronically from tomorrow “Friday”. The Bagmati province government has made arrangements to pay revenue including license fee, vehicle tax, blue book renewal fee, and fine via the online platform.
Ministry of Physical Infrastructure Development of Bagmati Province has stated that all taxes related to transportation can now be paid through the e-wallet and mobile banking services. This service has been expected to remove the obligation to wait in line to pay revenue for Bluebook renewal and other works.
The service is scheduled to be inaugurated by Chief Minister Dormani Poudel from the provincial capital city Hetauda. There is also a ‘vehicle tax’ service in the Nagarik app to get this service. This service can also be availed from the web portal.
