Kathmandu: The government is preparing to distribute identity cards to refugees residing in Nepal.
Speaking at a meeting of the National Assembly on Monday, Home Minister Bal Krishna Khan said that the government is preparing to distribute national id card to the refugees who were missed out on previous distribution campaign.
