Nepal wins second friendly match played against Mauritius

Kathmandu: Nepal has also won the another friendly match against Mauritius.

Nepal defeated Mauritius 1-0 in a match played at Dasharath Stadium on Tuesday. Sujal Shrestha’s goal in the 10th minute of the match was decisive for Nepal.

Similarly, Nepali keeper Kiran Chemjong saved a penalty kick. When Nepal fought the opposition player in the box, Mauritius’ penalty was saved by Kiran. In today’s game, both the teams fouled again and again.
In today’s match, both the players got red cards. Mauritius and Nepal were limited to 10 players in the 70th minute of the match. Adrian Bottler of Mauritius received a red card along with two yellow cards after the players of both teams clashed.

Similarly, Pujan Uparkoti of Nepal also got a red card and left the field. Similarly, referee Navindra Maharjan also showed a red card to Nepal’s team manager Madhusadan Upadhyay.

Nepal has played two friendly matches against Mauritius. Earlier, Nepal had won last Saturday’s match by 1-0. Bimal Gharti Magar, who returned to the team after two years to win Nepal, had scored.
