Kathmandu: Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC) is preparing to issue primary shares (IPO) for the general public.
The executive director of the corporation, Umesh Prasad Thani, said that the corporation is preparing to issue an IPO for the public.
Speaking at the 28th Annual General Meeting of Nepal LP Gas Industry Association on Tuesday, Executive Director Thani said about the IPO for public.
He said that he is committed to issue the IPO for the general public as the IPO can be issued only after the benefit of at least two financial years.
