Kathmandu: The meeting of the Nepal-India Joint Commission is scheduled to be held in India from January 14. Foreign Minister Pradip Kumar Gyawali will arrive in New Delhi on Thursday to attend the three-day meeting.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs , the meeting of the Joint Commission will discuss Nepal-India bilateral relations as well as trade, energy, border, transit, COVID-19 cooperation, infrastructure, connectivity, investment, agriculture and tourism.
During his visit to India, Foreign Minister Gyawali is also expected to hold high-level political talks. The visiting team of the minister will also include officials including foreign secretary and health secretary.
Gyawali will return home on Saturday.
