Kathmandu: A massive earthquake hit far western district, Doti on Tuesday night. 6.6 magnitude earthquake occured in Garagaon of Doti district killed 6 people.
The people of Gairagaon are still worried of earthquakes. Those whose houses were destroyed by the earthquake are now worried about where they will stay.
According to the District Police Office Doti, teams of Nepal Army, Nepal Police and Armed Police have been mobilized since last night for the rescue of the victims and other damages.
Likewise, the Nepal Red Cross Doti branch team has also reached that area with relief and rescue materials.
Due to the 6.6 magnitude earthquake that occurred at 2:12 pm on Tuesday night, 8 houses were destroyed. Injured are being treated at the district hospital.
