Kathmandu: A postage stamp with the face of national poet Madhav Prasad Ghimire has been issued in appreciation of his contribution in the field of Nepali literature.
Highly appreciating the incomparable contribution made by the national poet Ghimire to elevate Nepal’s national pride, Minister for Information, Communication and Technology Gyanendra Bahadur Karki on Wednesday affixed a stamp on the postage stamp.
On the occasion, Minister Karki urged the national poet Ghimire to work for the fulfillment of the dreams of Nepal and Nepalis through poetry.
