Kathmandu: District Public Prosecutor’s Office, Kathmandu has demanded to freeze the land and bank account of rape accused Sandeep Lamichhane.
In the charge sheet, the public prosecutor demanded to freeze the Kalyanpur-7 land in Chitwan, which is in the name of Lamichhane, for the purpose of compensation.
Also, NIC Asia Bank account in the name of Lamichhane. The government lawyer has proposed to withhold 65,298 rupees in cash.
As it is a case of sensitive nature, the public prosecutor also demands that the hearing should be held in a closed court while maintaining confidentiality.
