Free shuttle bus service begins at TIA

Kathmandu: Shuttle bus service has been brought into operation at the domestic terminal of Tribhuvan International Airport.

The Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal and Tribhuvan International Airport have brought three microbuses into operation as shuttle buses. Minister for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Prem Bahadur Ale inaugurated the shuttle bus on Wednesday.

Passengers traveling on domestic flights at the airport will now be able to travel on the shuttle bus for free every day from 6 am to 11 pm. The shuttle bus will serve passengers from the domestic terminal to the ‘Golden Gate’ of the airport connected to the ring road.

Similarly, Tourism Minister Ale has inaugurated a waiting room at the International Terminal Building for the passengers going abroad.
