Kathmandu: The Election Commission is going to collect voter lists from the countries where many Nepalis workers working.
The collection will being from mid-July. In today’s meeting of the Parliament’s National Concerns and Coordination Committee, Chief Election Commissioner Dinesh Thapaliya informed that the collection of voter list will begin from Dubai, Malaysia, Korea and other countries where many Nepalis are working.
According to him, the voter list will be collected through the representatives and employees of diplomatic missions in the respective countries.
The government is making arrangements for migrant workers to vote on election.
