Domestic airfare drops in Nepal

Kathmandu: Domestic flight fares have decreased.

After the Nepal Oil Corporation reduced the price of air turbine fuel (ATF) by Rs 10 per liter, the ‘fuel surcharge’ under the air fare of domestic flights has been reduced.

According to Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal the highest air fare on the Kathmandu-Dhangadhi route has decreased by Rs 440, while the lowest on the Kathmandu-Simra route has decreased by Rs 90.

The reduced fare will be effective from Wednesday.
