Kathmandu: Two people died in Banke due to dengue infection.
Two people under treatment at Bheri Hospital Nepalgunj died after contracting dengue. An 86-year-old man and a 12-year-old girl have died of the infection.
Earlier, one person each died in Kailali and Lalitpur due to dengue.
According to the Ministry of Health and Population, the dengue infection that has spread as an epidemic has spread to 75 districts so far.
So far, dengue infection has been confirmed in 6,777 people in 75 districts.
