Kathmandu: Coronavirus infection has been confirmed in 679 people in the last 24 hours.
In the last 24 hours, 1,405 people have been recovered while seven have died due to corona infection.
With the addition on Sunday, the total number of corona infections in Nepal has reached 797,192. At the same time, the death toll in Nepal has reached 11,164 and 769,224 people have been declared free of infection.
According to the ministry, there are currently 16,804 active infected people across the country. Out of which 15 thousand 534 are in home isolation and 1,270 are in institutional isolation. Of the corona patients, 337 are being treated in the ICU and 104 in the ventilator.
