Kathmandu: Coronavirus infection has been confirmed in 1,158 people in the last 24 hours.
According to the Ministry of Health and Population, 904 people tested positive for 11,672 PCRs and 2,151 people tested positive for 2,341 antigen tests.
In the last 24 hours, 12 people have died from corona infection while 1,318 have been cured.
With the addition on Tuesday, the total number of corona infections in Nepal has reached 793,271. At the same time, the death toll in Nepal has reached 11,115 and 763,734 people have been recovered.
According to the ministry, the number of actively infected people in the country is 18,422. Out of which 17,125 are in home isolation and 1,297 are in institutional isolation. Of the corona patients, 364 are being treated in the ICU and 120 in the ventilator.
