China promises to provide all possible support for Nepal’s development

Kathmandu: China has promised to provide all possible assistance in the development and prosperity of Nepal.

China gave this assurance at the 15th meeting of the foreign secretary-level bilateral diplomatic consultation mechanism held in the Chinese capital, Beijing, yesterday.

According to the Nepali Embassy in China, political, economic and people-level relations were discussed in the meeting.

According to the embassy, ​​both sides have agreed to implement the Chinese grant projects in Nepal in a timely manner.

Similarly, it was also agreed that the implementation of various infrastructure development projects being built with the help of Chinese grants and the projects contracted by the Chinese should be completed on time.

The Chinese side has responded positively to Nepal’s request to create an environment for the export of tea, coffee, herbs, buffalo meat and agricultural products to China.

According to the Nepali Embassy, ​​economic partnership, trade promotion, investment and tourism, connectivity building, agriculture, education, cultural and people-level relations between the two countries were discussed in the meeting.

Similarly, the two sides also discussed issues such as promoting public relations and cultural cooperation, increasing the number of scholarships for Nepali students and professionals in China, and increasing the capacity of technical experts in Nepal.
