Kathmandu: Serial killer, also known as a serpent, Charles Sobhraj, has been deported from Nepal to France.
At the airport, he told the immigration staff and the police that he would celebrate Christmas in Paris and have fun. At the same time, he said that he has a lot of things to do and he will sue some people here in Nepal as well as to the state of Nepal, as shown on video published by AFP.
Department of Immigration has charged 50,000 rupees to him and has banned him to enter Nepal for next 10 years.
