Kathmandu: The Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN) has suspended seven employees including three crew members of Nepal Airlines Corporation (NAC).
CAAN has suspended the employees for allowing luggage more than the capacity in a flight coming to Kathmandu from Taplejung.
On Monday, the TwinOtter 9N-ABT plane that came to Kathmandu from Taplejung had more luggage than the load capacity of the aircraft.
Seven people including three crew members, the corporation’s marketing staff and the dispatcher were grounded after receiving the information.
