Bir Hospital receives 30 ICU beds on donation

Kathmandu: The Nirmal Lama Memorial Foundation has donated 30 ICU beds to Bir Hospital. On behalf of the Nirmal Lama Memorial Foundation, 30 ICU beds were handed over to the hospital on the initiative of CPN (Maoist Center) leader Lilamani Pokhrel.

The academy now has 150 ICU beds and those beds will be made available to various community and government hospitals in the country.

Similarly, Chief Administrative Officer of Bir Hospital Dr. Bhupendra Kumar Basnet said that it has become easy to treat the third wave of corona virus with the help of various organizations. He said that the 30 beds provided by the foundation will be brought into operation from today.
