Kathmandu: Foreign Employment Office in Tahachal has started teaching Arabic to its employees. They’ve begun a 15-day course to help employees learn Arabic.
The office believes it’s essential because many Nepali workers go to Arab countries for jobs. Staff from the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Security, and the Department of Foreign Employment are taking part too.
Learning Arabic is expected to make the employees better at tasks like checking visas and job details, which will improve how they handle work permits.
