Kathmandu: Coronavirus infection has been confirmed in 968 people in the last 24 hours.
According to the Ministry of Health and Population, six people have died from corona infection in the last 24 hourse and 1,114 have been cured.
With the addition on Tuesday, the total number of corona infections in Nepal has reached 798,766. At the same time, the death toll in Nepal has reached 11,180 and 771,338 people have been cleared of infections.
According to the ministry, the number of actively infected people across the country is currently 16,248. Out of which 15,117 are in home isolation and 1,131 are in institutional isolation. Of the corona patients, 335 are being treated in the ICU and 122 in the ventilator. Similarly, 237 people are in quarantine.
