Kathmandu: Artists Kiran KC, Shweta Khadka, Yaman Shrestha and others have announced posthumous organ donation.
At the premiere ceremony of the documentary ‘Punarjanam’ directed by the daughter of actor Madankrishna Shrestha, they said that they would donate all their body parts after death.
Health and Population Minister Mohan Bahadur Basnet presented cards to celebrities after announcing organ donation, saying that such a decision of the celebrity will send a positive message to the society.
