Kathmandu: Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) has brought call center (grievance management and inquiry center) into operation.
The first executive meeting of the metropolis had decided to operate the call center within seven days. According to the same decision, the call center has been brought into operation setup at the National Assembly Hall from Monday.
The call center has been set up to listen to the complaints of people residing in Kathmandu.

The call center can respond 15 calls at once.
