Kathmandu: The Lumbini provincial government has decided to provide 50 percent risk allowance to health workers and staff working at Corona Hospital.
A meeting of the provincial council of ministers held on Tuesday decided to provide risk allowance to the permanent and contract employees working in four corona hospitals in the province.
Such allowances will be provided to more than 400 health workers and staff working at the Corona Hospital in the province from the Corona Control and Prevention Fund.
The federal government has also been providing risk allowances to health workers working on the frontline.
