Kathmandu: The Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN) has introduced a special class to enhance the skills of pilots flying in the Nepalese skies.
With the recent increase in accidents, the authority has organized a workshop for pilots and crew members in collaboration with the European Safety Aviation Agency (ESA).
According to the authority, the pilots and crew members were trained for the first time by inviting experts of international level.
Experts from IASA will be consulted on how to reduce the psychological distress of pilots, how to reduce the shortcomings of pilots in air accidents during the workshop.
