Kathmandu: The International Monetary Fund (IMF) has predicted that India’s economy will grow at the fastest rate in the world.
In the IMF’s flagship publication ‘World Economic Outlook’, India is projected to be the fastest growing economy in the world despite the turmoil in the financial sector, high inflation, the Russia-Ukraine war and the three-year-long corona epidemic.
In the world economic scenario released by the IMF, it is mentioned that India’s economic growth forecast of 6.1 percent in the year 2023/24 will be limited to 5.9 percent.
According to the IMF, India will remain the fastest growing economy in the world despite the decline in the economic growth forecast.
