Kathmandu: The government has reduced the price of petroleum products.
The meeting of the board of directors of Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC) has decided to reduce the price of petroleum products with effect from 12:00 am today.
The corporation has reduced the price of petrol, diesel and kerosene by three rupees per liter.
Similarly, domestic and international aviation fuel has decreased by 20 and 30 rupees respectively.
With this, petrol per liter has been fixed at Rs 175, while diesel and kerosene have been fixed at Rs 175 per liter.
Domestically, the price of aviation fuel per liter has remained at 170 rupees and abroad at 1,420 dollars per kiloliter. The corporation has kept the price of LP gas for cooking as it is for now.
