Kathmandu: 16 people have died so far while more than 20 people have been seriously injured in a bus accident near bridge number three in Amlekhganj, Bara.
District Police Office Makwanpur has informed that the seriously injured in the bus accident were taken to Hetauda and Chitwan hospitals.
12 people died in Hetauda Hospital alone while two people died in Makwanpur’s Churehill Hospital, one in Makwanpur Cooperative Hospital and one in Chitwan’s Bharatpur Hospital.
They are yet to be identified. The death toll has been anticipated to increase.
