Kathmandu: In the last 24 hours, 14 people have died from corona infection. Although the number of infected cases are dropping gradually, the number of death cases caused by covid-19 growing.
According to the Ministry of Health and Population a total of 3,175 people have been infected with corona in the last 24 hours. Among 10,026 PCR samples 2,742 people tested positive while out of 2,579 antigen tests 433 people tested postive.
At present, 63,296 people are actively infected across the country while 8,723 people have become recovered from the infection in the last 24 hours.
With the addition on Thursday, the total number of corona infected in Nepal has reached 1 million 95 thousand 63. Similarly, the death toll in Nepal has reached 11,778 while 887,443 people have been recovered so far.
