Kathmandu: The National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) has demanded the government to take the action against the perpetrators of Bhagarathi Bhatta’s murder.
The commission issued a statement on Sunday urging the government to immediately conduct an impartial and effective investigation into the incident, take special care in the safety of witnesses and gather evidence during the investigation, identify the culprits involved in the incident and take action against them.
The statement further mentioned that there should be no negligence in the investigation. The monitoring team has already left for Dhangadhi from the state office of the commission.
