At a meeting of the parliamentary parties convened at Singha Durbar today, chairpersons Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ and Madhav Kumar Nepal have instructed not to leave the valley except for urgent matters.

Instructions have also been given to provide information if you have to go outside the valley. MPs from outside the valley have also been invited.
