Kathmandu: In the last 24 hours, an additional 3,556 people across the country have been confirmed to be infected with the corona virus (Covid-19). Another 12 infected people have died.
According to the Ministry of Health and Population, corona infection was confirmed in 114 out of 3,442 and 893 antigens tested on 12,400 samples.
At the same time, the total number of corona infected in Nepal has reached 303,561. In the last 24 hours, 378 people have recovered, according to the ministry.
Of the 1,912 infected people added on Monday, they are from Kathmandu Valley. There are 1,567 in Kathmandu, 223 in Lalitpur and 122 in Bhaktapur. Similarly, 307 people have been infected in Banke, 134 in Morang, 98 in Parsa, 96 in Chitwan and 95 in Rupandehi.
Similarly, 62 cases of corona virus have been confirmed in Kaski, 43 in Jhapa, 42 in Sunsari, 41 in Kanchanpur, 34 in Palpa, 32 in Makwanpur and 32 in Baitadi.
