US Army Asia-Pacific Chief Flynn arrives in Nepal

Kathmandu: US Army Asia-Pacific Chief Charles A. Flynn has arrived in Nepal.
The Nepal Army has stated that his visit is cordial and friendly. But before the possible visit of Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba and Chief of Army Staff Prabhu Ram Sharma to the United States in June, the visit of the US Army General to Nepal is considered important.

General Flynn is scheduled to visit the Army Headquarters on Friday and meet with Chief of Army Staff Sharma. He will also ride Mountain Flight on Saturday and will visit Everest Base Camp.

Similarly, he will visit the Birendra Peace Work Training Center in Panchkhal on Sunday.

During the visit, Flynn is also scheduled to hold talks with President Bidhya Devi Bhandari, Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba and other high-ranking officials.
