Kathmandu: Machhapuchhre Rural Municipality-8, has raised an alarm as Swedish trekker Mitchell remains out of contact for 24 hours during his expedition on the Mardi Himal Trek.
Mitchell, en route from Mardi High Camp to Mardi Base Camp, has been unaccounted for since his last communication. Despite rescue efforts by local authorities, the whereabouts of the 22/23-year-old trekker remain unknown.
The situation has prompted an urgent search operation to locate Mitchell and ensure his safety on the challenging terrain of the Mardi Himal Trek.
