Kathmandu: The CPN-UML disrupted the meeting of the National Assembly on Thursday as well due to the Prime Minister’s statement.
As soon as the meeting started at 1 pm, UML MPs stood up from their seats and protested.
In the meeting, UML MP Bhairav Sundar Shrestha said that the House will not be allowed to function until the Prime Minister resigns because he has expressed against the sovereignty and independence of the country.
Last Monday, Prime Minister Prachanda had made a statement during the release of the book of Indian citizen Pritam Singh that Pritam Singh had gone to Delhi several times to make himself the Prime Minister.
On Wednesday, the UML interrupted both the House of Representatives and the National Assembly over the Prime Minister’s statement.
